Pepe Figueres is a name to be remembered in Costa Rica's history. It was nice to read the side of the story from the Henrietta's point of view. Very easy to read and full of interesting details of our countries history.

The reader gets an insite into the kind of a father and husbnd he was as well as the social conditions in various Central American countries in the '40s. Well writen, easy reading and a must for understanding the culture of Costa Rica. I highly recommend it.
